Create a beautiful crocheted rug of alpaca and wool roving. Take it home to felt in your washing machine or use traditional hand felting techniques. The rug is perfect for next to your bed or in front of your favorite chair. The natural colors accent any room and your bare feet will thank you as they revel in the softness and warmth of the rug! This technique is also useful for chair mats, or pet beds and the tools provided may be reused over and over.
Students Will Learn: two crochet techniques to crochet alpaca/wool roving into an oval rug. Various techniques for felting the rug at home will be discussed.

Materials Fee Includes: One pound alpaca/wool blend roving, size N crochet hook, net bag for felting, complete written instructions and a durable zipper bag to hold all the materials.
