Driving Directions:

To get to the fair (college) from the Crystal Lake hotels:

From Country Inn & Suites and Comfort Inn & Suites:
Take Tracy Trail to Pingree Road and turn RIGHT - toward US Rt 14.
Turn RIGHT onto US Rt 14. Go 4.8 miles northwest on Rt 14 to College Entrance 1. There is a light at this entrance. Turn RIGHT into the college.

From Holiday Inn:
Take a RIGHT out of the parking lot onto Three Oaks Road (toward Rt 31). Cross Rt 31 to the next stop sign, Pingree Road. Turn RIGHT onto Pingree Road. Take Pingree to light at US Rt 14. Turn LEFT onto US Rt 14. Go 4.8 miles northwest on Rt 14 to College Entrance 1. There is a light at this entrance. Turn RIGHT into the college.

NOTE: Rt 14 is called Virginia Avenue during part of your journey. College Entrance 1 is 1.5 miles north of the intersection at US Rt 14 & US Rt 176...keep going, you are NOT leaving town (even though you see corn!)

MASS TRANSPORTATION:

Take the Metra Union Pacific Northwest Line - Get off at the Crystal Lake stop (NOT Pingree Road).
