This class introduces students to the fun, unusual process of wet felting by making a thin, soft, flat felt fabric. The project may be used as a neck scarf, table runner or wall piece. Students Will Learn: how to lay out yarn and wool bits for the "tapestry" surface (or choose undecorated), layer the fiber (roving), wet it and work it into their finished piece. Students will work with hand-dyed, super soft, Targhee wool for the felt base (many hand-painted, color variations available)
